All upgrades must be redeemed at the festival Box Office prior to entering the event.

Please bring your photo ID, upgrade order confirmation email, and original festival wristband(s) to pick up your upgrade. Purchaser information on your upgrade order must match that of your original order.

To be eligible to upgrade, your order must be paid in full & purchased directly from Front Gate Tickets. If you just purchased your tickets or paid your order off, it may take up to 72 hours for your order number to be eligible for an upgrade.
